Hi, I’m Katie! I’ve been part of the DMG Partners team since July 2018. I work in a hybrid role as Human Resource Manager and Content Creator, which means I get to combine my love for people with my creative side every day.

In HR, I support our team with everything from recruitment and performance management to keeping our workplace positive, fun, and engaging. As Content Creator, I bring our brand and culture to life through social media, internal comms, and all things creative to showcase what makes DMG such a great place to work.

I’m a member of AHRI and passionate about building a workplace where people feel supported and enjoy coming to work.

I studied Professional Communications at Federation Uni, majoring in communications with a minor in journalism and PR, and later completed my Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management at RMIT in 2023.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the netball court playing for Sale City FNC, catching up with family and friends, or helping out on the Sale City FNC committee, which I’ve been part of for over 10 years.
