Daisy is a dedicated Client Services Officer with a strong background in customer support, having previously worked as an Email and Chat Specialist as well as a Technical Support Specialist.
Through these roles, she developed a high level of professionalism and built essential skills such as organization, attention to detail, problem‑solving, and effective time management.
In her current role at DMG, Daisy applies these skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations while delivering reliable support to clients. Her organizational abilities allow her to manage tasks, follow structured processes, and handle client information with accuracy and care. She also values effective time management, enabling her to prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, and maintain high service quality.
Daisy believes that attention to detail is one of the most crucial aspects of her role. She understands that every process matters, and by focusing on even the smallest details, she helps prevent errors, ensures compliance, and contributes to consistent and dependable client service.
Outside of work, Daisy enjoys café hopping and spending her free time at the beach, where she relaxes and recharges.
