I’m Amy and I’ve been with DMG for over 13 years now, mostly working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. As Practice Manager, I wear a lot of hats—no two days are the same, and that’s exactly what I love about it.
I started out in customer service and admin, and over time, I found myself drawn to the people side of business. That led me to complete a dual diploma in Business and Human Resource Management, and I’m now a Professional Member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI). I’m passionate about creating a workplace that’s positive, inclusive, and supportive—and I genuinely enjoy helping our team grow and thrive.
I’m a pretty upbeat person and always up for a laugh. I think a good sense of humour makes everything better—especially at work!
When I’m not at DMG, you’ll usually find me with a book in hand, out in the garden, staying active, or catching up with friends and family. But the best part of my day is always the time I spend with my daughter. I feel lucky to have found a great balance between work and home life, and I’m all about making the most of both.
