I have been part of DMG since 1996, starting as a trainee accountant and working my up to a Chartered Accountant. Over the years, I progressed through various roles within the firm and was honoured to be promoted to Managing Director in 2014. After 10 years in this role, I decided to step back to give others the opportunity and allow me to dedicate more time to focusing on DMG's clients.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from agricultural and retail businesses to engineering companies. This experience has helped me develop a deep understanding of business management and taxation, allowing me to offer a comprehensive and holistic service to our clients. I am passionate about personal growth and continued learning, having completed the Gippsland Community Leadership Program in 2019 and the Count Leadership Development Program in 2022.

My decade-long experience as Managing Director provided invaluable insights into the challenges of running a business, equipping me with the skills to assist clients in navigating their day-to-day business operations. I was honoured to be named Count Leader of the Year in 2023.

Currently, I volunteer as the Treasurer of the Sale Business and Tourism Association and act as a trustee of a Trust Fund.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children, staying physically active, working on improving my golf handicap, and barracking for the Carlton Football Club.
