Client Services Officer – SMSF Team

About you

  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in an administrative or customer service capacity

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Positive, customer-focused attitude

The Role

The CSO plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support to Advisers and clients, with a strong focus on the SMSF team. This includes acting as a liaison between Accounting and Financial Planning divisions to ensure client data and records are maintained for accurate advice and service to our clients.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation

  • Assist with the coordination of client meetings

  • Manage client records and databases to ensure accuracy and organisation

  • Support the broader team with additional tasks as required
