  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role, ideally within the financial services industry

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, client relationship management systems and financial software

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues

  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping clients

  • Knowledge of Self-Managed Super Fund regulations and processes is highly desirable

The Role

DMG Partners are seeking a Client Services Officer to join their Self-Managed Super Fund team on a part-time basis. As a Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our Self-Managed Super Fund clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

What You Will Do

  • Assisting clients with all general enquiries related to their Self-Managed Super Fund accounts

  • Coordinating the preparation and lodgement of client records, forms and documentation

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed client files and databases

  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve client queries and issues

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients

  • Supporting the broader Self-Managed Super Fund team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
